Triple M

“You can complain because roses have thorns, or you can rejoice because thorns have roses.”

– Pablo Picasso

Mothers for Monday Motivation. The day of May 10th, 2020 has closed its curtains. A new day and week have began. All moms are different, yet for some reason we always play a game of who is better, and what belongs to one from a very young age. My mom is the best, my dog is the best… and while that may carry some truth to it, life is beyond that.

I can only talk from my personal experience as a daughter and having witness many exceptional mothers. They all have something in common, they opened themselves to creation, changes, grow, pain, beauty and they continue to do so. They love beyond measure, they are tough because love made them resilient, and they convey an unique fragrance hard to dignify.

Mothers were also buds at some point and who may say what sunny and rainy days they endured before blooming and creating more buds. They are perfect yet imperfect, so beautiful. They are the definition of life. The idea of creating, growing, and reaching for more. They’re like the stars who guide our lives and ours is the best.

Para Rubi y mamá por darme lo mejor de sí misma,

Nani

Hi! I look forward to sharing topics and reading your thoughts :). I was born in Colombia, lived in TX for 12.5 years, and I now live in LA. Life has the tendency of throwing curveballs, and I've learned that preparation is of the essence. Preparation starts with knowing who we are, and what we want, the rest is history... I am a big admirer of art, artists, passion and creativity. Cheers to originality. I think all problems in life arise from communication. The solution is to become better listeners to ourselves, others, and hopefully be able to express and convey what we actually need… Art has the capacity of expressing what we can not at times. Art is not constricted to one thing... #thecircleoflife #letsgrowtogether
